This is a compact, flexible and user-friendly online learning platform that helps people easily learn a specific digital skill through short, easy-to-understand and easy-to-practice videos at https://binhdanhocvuso.quangngai.gov.vn.

The portal also provides a public learning statistics system, allowing for monitoring and comparison of results between localities, thereby promoting the digital learning movement across the province.

The Department of Science and Technology requires agencies, units and localities to strengthen guidance and support for people to use this platform. At the same time, promote the installation of digital signatures via VNeID and promote the role of the Community Digital Technology Team in training and transferring digital skills to each household.

The goal is that by the end of 2025, 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector will be proficient in digital skills, reaching 100% by 2026. Along with that, strive to have over 500,000 people meet digital skills standards in the first year of implementation, contributing to building a digital government close to the people, a widespread digital economy and a comprehensive digital society.
