Build Thanh Hoa Youth Football Training Facility with full training grounds, gymnasium and training equipment, recovery area, medical room for health care and injury treatment, dining room, accommodation, and convenient activities for athletes, and workplace for staff and coaches. Renovate, upgrade and improve the efficiency of exploiting facilities and sports facilities transferred by the state for management and use to serve the projects, plans, and programs for football development of the province.
