No carb diet
This diet restricts you from consuming carbohydrates completely, consuming only protein and fat. You may see quick weight loss, but this is not an effective long-term weight loss method.

Instead, try these tips for a healthy lifestyle:
- Be active and walk 30 minutes/day
- Should only lose 0.5 - 1kg/week
- Lose weight slowly, your weight will not increase suddenly when you stop losing weight.
- Do not eat more than 30% of total calories from fat
- Fruits and vegetables should be consumed in the daily diet.
