Specifically, regarding 11,017.2 m2 at plots A3/NO*, A4/NO, A5/NO2 and 4,401.9 m2 at plots A5/CC1, A5/DX in Nam Trung Yen Urban Area in Cau Giay District and Nam Tu Liem District that the Hanoi People's Committee has just requested to be recovered, Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee has requested a number of units to learn from experience.
Accordingly, the Vice Chairman of Hanoi City requested the Department of Transport, the People's Committee of Cau Giay District, and the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem District to learn from experience in organizing the implementation of administrative decisions of the City People's Committee (Decision No. 3744/QD-UBND dated July 28, 2021, 4526/QD-UBND dated October 21, 2021).
The Hanoi People's Committee requests the above units to urgently and seriously carry out the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee, direct, handle and resolve the handover of the site to the Hanoi Land Fund Development Center, and report the implementation results to the Chairman of the City People's Committee (and send them to the City Inspectorate) before October 2023.
In addition, Hanoi City requested the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently complete procedures to terminate the project implementation policy at plots A3/NO*, A4/NO, A5/NO2 according to regulations. At the same time, the Hanoi Tax Department was requested to determine the amount of non- agricultural tax of the units that have used the premises for business purposes at plots A3/NO*, A4/NO, A5/NO2, B5-CC1, C8 in Nam Trung Yen Urban Area.
In addition, the Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to proactively coordinate with units receiving land plots and develop a plan to auction land use rights for these plots in the fourth quarter of 2023 .
