(Dan Tri) - Russia believes that the proposal to resolve the Ukraine conflict from US President-elect Donald Trump's team is vague and unattractive to Moscow.

In an interview with Rossiya-24 TV channel on January 3, Russian Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said that US President-elect Donald Trump's team has not yet offered anything interesting to Russia in its proposals to resolve the Ukraine conflict.
"These are some informal and unclear signals that they are ready for something. We hear the phrase 'freeze the conflict' all the time," he said.
“Last month, President Vladimir Putin outlined clear conditions that we are pursuing, with the aim not of freezing but of ending the conflict, based on compliance with their legitimate security interests,” he added.
However, Mr. Nebenzya said: "There is currently no signal from the incoming US administration that outlines any benefits for us."
He added that recently, Ukraine has also given signals about a number of agreements that Russia considers unserious.
"The question is what the front lines will look like when Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky finally wants to sit down at the negotiating table. The longer it takes, the more unfavorable the conditions will be for him," he warned.
