Ho Chi Minh City is cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places, in the afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places.

At sea, currently (July 18), in the eastern sea area of ​​the northern East Sea, the central and southern East Sea area (including Truong Sa special zone), the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, there are showers and thunderstorms. In Phu Quy special zone, there are strong southwest winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7, Huyen Tran special zone has gusting to level 7.

In addition, on the day and night of July 18, in the northern, central and southern areas of the East Sea (including the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa special zones), the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms; in particular, the northeastern sea area of ​​the northern East Sea will have storms at night.
