I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Have Vietnamese nationality.
- Priority is given to male candidates and candidates with permanent residence in districts where the branch is located and has recruitment targets.
- Age not exceeding 35 years old (as of the date of application submission); in case of needing to attract skilled workers, age not exceeding 40 years old.
- Male 1.60m or taller; Female 1.55m or taller.
- Be healthy enough to undertake the job, have a health certificate issued by a health authority within 12 months from the date of application submission. After being accepted, you must undergo a health check as required by Agribank .
- Clear background, good communication skills, no disabilities, no lisp.
- Not being under criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being reformed without detention, being placed under probation, being subject to localeducational measures or being sent to a medical facility, reformatory facility...
- About training level:
+ For professional positions (credit, accounting, legal): Requires a university degree or higher, full-time (excluding candidates who graduated from a university bridging program), major appropriate to the position applied for (Finance and Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, Law...).
+ For candidates applying for Branches in District 30a, remote areas, mountainous areas, border areas, and islands: Minimum college degree, regular program, appropriate major (finance, banking, accounting, economics, etc.); have a long-term commitment to work at the unit for at least 5 years if recruited.
- Meet the requirements on IT and foreign language proficiency as prescribed by Agribank.
II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:
- Application form with 3x4 photo attached. Candidates can register 02 wishes:
+ Wish 1: Candidates register to work according to their personal wishes at one of the units with recruitment targets of Agribank Binh Thuan branch.
+ Wish 2: According to the assignment of the Recruitment Council (if selected), in this case, the candidate must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 05 years.
- CV with photo, certified by local competent authority within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission;
- Copies of diplomas, transcripts, and certificates as required by the position applied for (notarized);
- Health certificate issued by a competent health authority according to regulations of the Ministry of Health within 12 months from the date of application submission.
- Birth certificate, ID card or citizen identification card, confirmation of residence information;
III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS:
1. Candidates submit their application directly at the General Department (TCCB Department) of Agribank, Binh Thuan branch (3rd floor, No. 02-04 Trung Trac, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province).
2. Time: from June 30, 2023 to July 10, 2023 (Morning from 8:00 - 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday) .
The Recruitment Council does not accept applications submitted on behalf of others, applications submitted after the deadline, or applications from candidates who have violated the Recruitment Regulations of previous years.
IV. TIME, PLACE OF EXAM AND INTERVIEW:
Agribank Binh Thuan Branch will notify eligible candidates to participate in the exam (expected exam time in July 2023).
