
In the 2024-2025 school year, the education sector of Tuyen Quang province has made efforts to synchronously and effectively implement comprehensive innovation solutions. After the merger, the whole province has 1,054 schools, the rate of schools meeting national standards level 1 or higher is 64.71%; the staff and teachers are interested in and developed to improve their qualifications, expertise and skills to meet the development requirements in the new period; the 2018 General Education Program is effectively implemented, achieving many positive results; digital transformation, administrative reform and communication continue to be interested and promoted throughout the industry.

However, the provincial education and training sector still faces many difficulties. These include: Facilities and teaching equipment are limited, the rate of solid classrooms is only 70.7%, lower than the national average (89.6%); all levels of education are still short of 1,587 teachers compared to the assigned number and the prescribed standards of the Ministry of Education and Training; the quality of mass education in some ethnic minority, mountainous and border areas is still low...
The provincial education and training sector has identified the key goals and tasks for the 2025-2026 school year and the 2025-2030 period as strongly innovating the thinking of management and development of education and training. The goal by 2030 is to have over 73% of kindergartens and over 80% of general schools meeting national standards; the rate of solid classrooms reaching 100%; 100% of staff and teachers proficiently applying information technology and effectively exploiting modern teaching equipment; striving to be in the group of 25-30 provinces and cities with strongly developing education quality...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vuong Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the education and training sector of the province has achieved in the past time and shared and encouraged teachers and students at schools affected by floods caused by storms No. 10 and 11. He requested the sector to coordinate with localities to overcome the consequences of floods and ensure stable teaching and learning in the new school year.

Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha suggested that in the coming time, the sector should continue to effectively implement the policies and orientations of the Central Government, the Ministry of Education and Training and the province, especially Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW of the 11th Central Executive Committee "on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".
He emphasized that the 2025-2026 school year is of great significance, being the first year to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and to deploy key tasks with the theme "Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development", according to Directive No. 26/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister. The sector needs to continue to improve the effectiveness of State management, promote digital transformation, promote autonomy, strengthen accountability, and at the same time focus on building a team of exemplary teachers and managers with capacity, ethics, and professional responsibility.

On this occasion, 8 collectives and 21 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training; 4 collectives received Emulation Flags from the Provincial People's Committee; 7 collectives received the title of "Excellent Labor Collective"; 7 collectives and 60 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the 2024-2025 school year.
