In the morning session broadcast live on television and radio, the National Assembly working in the hall continued to question and answer questions from National Assembly deputies on the second group of issues in the field ofeducation and training.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly conducted the following contents: A plenary session in the hall listened to the Presentation and the Report on the examination of the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism for handling difficulties and obstacles due to legal regulations. The National Assembly then discussed: the investment policy of the Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway Construction Investment Project; the investment policy of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project; and the adjustment of the investment policy of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Construction Investment Project, Phase 1.

The National Assembly then met separately to listen to the Report and the Verification Report on the arrangement of sources for payment of debts under the Government's responsibility at the Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC).

Next, the National Assembly discussed in groups: the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism for handling difficulties and problems caused by legal regulations;
