Digital Transformation Youth Festival 2024

Responding to the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10 and the 68th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) Traditional Day, this morning, the Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Long An province organized the 2024 Digital Transformation Youth Festival.

The Youth Digital Transformation Festival took place with many activities such as launching the Long An Youth History Digital Information Page, launching the Green IT team, launching the Online Contest to learn about Digital Transformation and the State's legal policies on cyberspace in 2024, visiting digital transformation booths of businesses and learning about current digital transformation solutions, etc.

The festival is a useful playground for union members and young people to demonstrate their capacity in digital transformation, thereby raising awareness, better understanding the meaning, importance and opportunities that digital transformation brings, developing skills in using digital tools and creativity. This is also an opportunity to exchange, learn, build a community of young people who love technology, collect creative ideas, apply technology in practice, and serve the community.

On this occasion, implementing the roadmap to stop using old mobile technology and promoting the implementation of the program "One smartphone for each citizen", the Provincial Youth Union mobilized Viettel Long An to donate 40 4G phones to people in need. VNPT Long An also presented a symbolic plaque of the youth project of the Voting System for Outstanding Young Citizens of Long An Province to the Provincial Youth Union with a budget of 300 million VND.
