The Festival for the Vietnam Musicians Association in collaboration with the Central and Hanoi departments and branches was held from November 27 to December 1 at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, the Military University of Culture and Arts (Hanoi); Heritage Park, Cao Phong (Phu Tho province). This is an art forum for Vietnam to continue promoting the achievements of Vietnam's revolutionary music , promoting new works of Vietnamese musicians to international friends. The Festival is also an opportunity for foreign musicians and artists to understand more deeply about the country, people, culture and music of Vietnam, contributing to consolidating and tightening good relationships and enhancing the position of Vietnam's professional music industry in the world.

Participating in the festival are international musicians and artists from: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Adygea, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, China, Australia, Laos, Vietnam. Domestic art troupes are prestigious units nationwide: Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, Vietnam National Academy of Music, Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre; Military University of Culture and Arts, Vietnam Musicians Association.
The festival will feature orchestral and chamber music performances and songs. The Opening Ceremony and Symphony Concert by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra will take place on the evening of November 27 at the Grand Concert Hall of the Vietnam National Academy of Music. The International Chamber Concert will take place at the Small Concert Hall of the Vietnam National Academy of Music on the evening of November 28. The Chamber Concert by Young Vietnamese Musicians will take place on the morning of November 29 at the Concert Hall of the Military University of Culture and Arts. Also at the Military University of Culture and Arts, on the evening of November 29, there will be an International Chamber Concert by the Moscow Contemporary Chamber Orchestra. Another highlight is the Art Exchange Program with the Moscow Contemporary Chamber Orchestra and the Traditional Folk Music Concert by the Hoa Binh Folk Art Troupe on November 30. The closing ceremony and concert by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra will take place on the evening of December 1.

In addition, within the framework of the festival, there are also many academic activities for students, lecturers and internationally famous artists and musicians in orchestra conducting and chamber music performance.
