And then the top 3 were revealed, the crown officially belonged to contestant from Hanoi Pham Thien Nga. The new Miss Pham Thien Nga was born in 1999, is currently studying at the American International University and is preparing to defend her doctoral thesis in social work next July.
Miss Pham Thien Nga is currently Deputy Director of the Center for Global Law and Social Work Research (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations).
