Dubbed as the woman with "the biggest breasts in America", model Neyleen Ashley said she regrets having breast implants many times.
At 34, Ashley has undergone nine surgeries to increase her online following. However, she says this appearance does not make her happy.
"I had my first breast surgery when I was 18, but the surgery went wrong and didn't heal properly, leaving one side significantly higher than the other," the Miami mother of two recounted.
Soon after, she went under the knife for a second surgery to get 650cc breast implants. This time, she felt satisfied and happy because they fit her body.
However, after that, at her boyfriend's urging, she had several more breast surgeries.
"I dated someone who was extremely obsessed with big breasts and thought I needed to do something to get his attention. At the time, I didn't feel beautiful enough," she said.
In her next surgery, she had the largest breast implants allowed in the US, 800 cc. However, because the surgery took place at a cheap cosmetic clinic, the breast implants were inflated to 1,250 cc. At the same time, Ashley also decided to have a Brazilian butt lift to enhance her butt.
"It was the Kardashian era, the bigger the butt, the better. It was all about the shock factor that grew online," she recalls.

As a result, Ashley had two butt implants because she was not satisfied with the first size. She was then approached by a plastic surgeon who offered her a free nose job if she shared the entire process on social media.
The surgery that seemed perfect turned into a disaster. Ashley’s nose was abnormally shaped, forcing her to visit many clinics and hospitals to have it fixed. However, the results were even worse. Her septum was damaged, causing her to have a runny nose all day long, making it difficult for her to breathe easily.
The failed surgery made Ashley reconsider her pursuit of the perfect body. She has now decided to pursue a natural look, removing her breast implants and reducing her butt.
On her personal page, she shared and warned women about the potential risks after emergency surgeries. The beauty said they cause terrible shoulder pain and migraines.
According to experts, cosmetic addicts suffer from body obsession - a form of obsessive-compulsive disorder. This group has in common the fact that they are always dissatisfied with their appearance and want to fix everything about their body.
Body dysmorphic disorder is a negative psychological state in which the sufferer shows excessive attention and anxiety about some minor defect on the body, such as a scar on the face, a low nose, thin hair..., even if the defect does not exist. They often pessimistically view life through their appearance.
In fact, no one is perfect. It is natural for people to be dissatisfied with something about their body and want to improve it. When it becomes an obsession that makes them want to change themselves, even to the point of unreasonableness, relying on serious interventions, affecting all aspects of life, then we need to think about a pathological problem.
