Driven by the aspiration to "bring the village to the city," she and her colleagues have built and developed models such as Noọng Tour, Noọng Food, Noọng Market, and Noọng Homestay, gradually linking cultural preservation with community tourism development and creating livelihoods for local people.
Ms. Chien believes that in recent years, the Party and the State have implemented many policies and initiatives focused on preserving, restoring, and promoting the value of cultural heritage in conjunction with tourism and community development. This creates favorable conditions for ethnic minority communities to access elderly artisans, collect, preserve, and continue to illuminate the cultural heritage left by their ancestors.
Beyond creating cultural experiences for tourists, Ms. Ly Thi Chien actively participates in teaching and promoting cultural heritage at many schools and tourist areas, contributing to raising community awareness in preserving and promoting national identity.
Participating in a Nung ethnic cultural experience organized by Ms. Chien, Mr. Ma Ngoc Dung, former Deputy Director of the Museum of Vietnamese Ethnic Cultures, commented: Ms. Ly Thi Chien is a daughter of the Tay ethnic group, well-trained in ethnic culture. More importantly, she has a deep passion and is always concerned with preserving and promoting the cultural values of her own ethnic group as well as other minority groups.
Sharing the same opinion, Meritorious Artisan Nong Dinh Long, former Vice Chairman of the Literature and Arts Association of Dinh Hoa District, said: Ms. Chien is a person who is very dedicated to the field of ethnic culture, and has the ability to connect cultural programs and activities in many localities. Through this, she contributes to spreading the cultural values of the mountainous people to other regions.
For Ms. Ly Thi Chien, the continued connection and promotion of local cultural values in contemporary life will be further strengthened in the future. Through experiential activities, tourists can not only enjoy folk songs and dances, but also appreciate the beauty of the culinary culture of ethnic minority communities.

Encouragingly, many villages have proactively and enthusiastically brought their community culture to urban spaces and tourist destinations, creating interaction and connection with visitors from all over the country.
Thanks to the knowledge and dedication of a Tay ethnic woman, the indigenous cultural heritage values of Thai Nguyen are being promoted in contemporary life. Linking cultural preservation with economic development is the right direction, but it needs to be based on knowledge and the cooperation of the community.
Ms. Ly Thi Chien's innovative and systematic approaches contribute to promoting local culture in conjunction with sustainable development, enriching cultural identity, and creating long-term livelihoods for ethnic minority communities.
