This music teacher had previously trained in the military. Graduating from Long An Teacher Training College in 2016, instead of immediately seeking a teaching position, the young man heeded the sacred call of his country and enlisted in the army.
Two years of military training not only instilled in him courage and discipline but also provided invaluable preparation for his return to contribute to his homeland. In February 2019, he officially began working at Go Den Secondary School, starting his journey of sowing joyful melodies for generations of students.

A major turning point came in the 2021-2022 school year, when Mr. Le Dang Trung Quan was entrusted with the responsibility of Head of the Youth Union. With the fiery enthusiasm of youth combined with the disciplined mindset of a soldier and the sensitive soul of an artist, Mr. Quan quickly breathed new life into the school's Youth Union movement.
No longer are these dry, monotonous activities; under the teacher's guidance, the Youth Union activities are always innovative, creative, and closely linked to reality, attracting a large number of members to participate. The teacher is not only a mentor but also a great friend and companion who always listens to and understands the thoughts and feelings of the students.
When asked about the circumstances and motivation behind his commitment to the role of head of student affairs, Mr. Quan emotionally shared: "For me, the red scarf is not only a source of pride but also a great responsibility. My years in the military taught me about loyalty, discipline, and the spirit of dedication to the collective."
As a mentor to the younger generation, I always remind myself to bring all my enthusiasm, seriousness, and love to accompany them. Seeing my students grow, become well-behaved, and confidently assert themselves through various movements is the greatest reward for a teacher."
The dedication and quiet contributions of teacher Le Dang Trung Quan have been recognized with a long and proud list of achievements. For many years, he consistently received the title of Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level and was recognized as an excellent teacher and excellent homeroom teacher at the district level (before the merger).
As a leader of the movement, he excelled, earning the title of Outstanding Team Leader and receiving a commendation from the Provincial People's Committee for his exemplary achievements in the Youth Union and children's movement. In particular, as a Party member, he always took the lead and was honored to be among the Party members who successfully completed their duties.
Certificates and awards are a form of recognition, but perhaps the most invaluable reward is the love and respect of the students and the trust of colleagues and parents in the talented and exemplary Head Teacher of Student Affairs at Go Den Secondary School.
