Replicating typical examples in Thang Binh commune

Teacher Nguyen Van Nhan has 15 years of experience in the education sector. He is considered an enthusiastic, professional and creative Team Leader.

Under the guidance of Mr. Nhan, over the years, Tran Quoc Toan Primary School's Union has been the leading force in the work of the Union and the children's movement in Thang Binh district (old). Mr. Nhan shared: "To perform my duties well, I always study by myself, participate in professional activities, and training courses to improve my qualifications."

Mr. Nhan was recognized as a Central Level I Coach and a Central Level II Coach in 2019 and 2023 respectively. In 2022, he won First Prize in the "Provincial-level Excellent Team Leader Teacher" contest.

From the 2019-2020 school year up to now, Mr. Nhan has continuously had innovative experiences at the district and provincial levels; and has been commended by the Central Youth Union, the Central Council of Young Pioneers, the Department of Education and Training, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old)... for his work and participation in the movement.

In 2025, Mr. Nhan was one of two outstanding individuals of Quang Nam province (old) to receive the "Pink Swallow" award from the Central Council of Young Pioneers.

For Major Ngo Van Phuc, Deputy Chief of Thang Binh Commune Police, ensuring security and order in the area is always the top priority.

From 2020 to 2024, while holding the position of Chief of Binh Phuc Commune Police (formerly, now Thang Binh Commune), Major Ngo Van Phuc and the collective of officers and soldiers enhanced their responsibility, firmly grasped the area and were active in propaganda work.

At the same time, direct the construction of many good models, suitable to the local characteristics such as: "Security cameras", "Security loudspeakers", "Community reintegration", "Supporting disadvantaged children" ... contributing to stabilizing security and order, spreading the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldiers.

In 5 years, the Binh Phuc Commune Police (old) investigated and handled 47 cases, 83 law violators, without any wrongful convictions. Residential areas, schools, and agencies in the area all met the standards of "Safety in security and order".

From 2000 to 2025, Binh Phuc Commune Police (old) was awarded 1 certificate of merit by the Minister of Public Security , and for 2 consecutive years achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit. In particular, Major Ngo Van Phuc was awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province (old) for his work in building grassroots forces.

Mr. Doan Thanh Khiet, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thang Binh Commune, said that the locality has determined that building and replicating typical advanced examples, good people, and good deeds is a regular and continuous task.

“In the coming time, the locality will strengthen the propaganda of emulation movements and typical examples to create a strong influence. At the same time, organize exchanges and share experiences so that typical examples can continue to promote and create positive influences on the community,” said Mr. Khiet.
