Beauty from Ninh Binh crowned Miss Universe 2023

The new Miss Universe 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh was born in 2001. She graduated from the National Economics University - Major in Tourism & Travel Management.

In this year's beauty contest, Xuan Hanh is considered a contestant with a beautiful face and a balanced body with a height of 1.71 m and measurements of 82-60-87 cm. The beauty has good performance skills and good English communication skills.

The beauty born in 2001 from Ninh Binh was crowned Miss Universe 2023.

In the debate round, Xuan Hanh presented an action plan to implement the New Life project. She said that this idea came to her a year ago, when she came to Saigon. She was surprised to see many homeless people, who had no food or shelter, so she thought she had to do something to help them.

“ Most of these homeless people are unemployed, unable to work because no one will hire them. That is why I want to do my project. This project will act as a hub to connect homeless people with businesses, individuals and organizations that need workers.”

She hopes her new project will bring in a small source of income but help homeless people stay motivated and feel like they are a useful part of society.

Bui Thi Xuan Hanh shared a case she knew of a person who had an accident and had to sell his house to pay for medical treatment. This person lost his eyesight, and although his limbs were working well, no business would hire him.

Xuan Hanh's eloquence convinced the judges to crown her the winner.

"He tried so hard but only received disappointment, so he decided to give up. That's why Hanh wanted to give them a chance," the new Miss shared.

Before coming to the Miss Universe contest, Xuan Hanh was known as the runner-up of The Face Vietnam 2023 , she came from coach Vu Thu Phuong's Phoenix team.

At that time, Vu Thu Phuong decided to choose Xuan Hanh as the only contestant of the team to attend the final night.

She commented that through the competition The Face , Xuan Hanh clearly demonstrated the effort from "Zero to Hero" because the strong inner strength of the rough diamond is being polished and shining brighter every day.

Bui Thi Xuan Hanh is Vu Thu Phuong's favorite student.

After the contest, Bui Thi Xuan Hanh had many opportunities to walk on domestic and international runways. At that time, the new Miss Universe was evaluated by experts as a potential name not only in the modeling world but also a suitable factor to be nominated to participate in future beauty contests.

Not only possessing an outstanding appearance, Xuan Hanh also scored points with impressive academic achievements. When in high school, Xuan Hanh was a student in the specialized Chemistry class K58 at Luong Van Tuy specialized high school.

As a student, Xuan Hanh won second prize in the Scientific Research Competition at the National Economics University.

After her success at The Face contest, at the Vietnam International Fashion Week 2023 show taking place in July, the 22-year-old girl is a bright new face when she was chosen by many domestic and international fashion houses to present her collection.

She was invited to perform in 8 out of 18 shows, in which she performed many costumes from the same collection.

She shared with the media that she was lucky to have many opportunities to express herself and learn many things thanks to the reality TV show.

Before being crowned, Bui Thi Xuan Hanh also received a lot of compliments from the online community, and was considered a new phenomenon on social networks through the competitions she participated in.
