According to initial information, after a 6-day, 5-night trip to Phu Quoc City (Kien Giang), a family of 4 Taiwanese tourists returned home on May 13. However, when arriving at the boarding gate, an employee believed to be an immigration officer asked the tourists to complete separate procedures for each person (including their two children).
After having to wait in line for a long time, this Taiwanese female tourist complained and had her boarding pass torn up by the airport staff right in front of her.
