In the 2025-2030 term, Ayun commune strives to reduce the multidimensional poverty rate to 2.56%.

(GLO)- On the morning of August 15, the Ayun Commune Party Committee solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 140 delegates representing 394 Party members from 24 Party organizations in the entire Party Committee.

Attending the Congress were comrades: Dang Vinh Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Huu Que - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former leaders of Mang Yang district, Ayun commune, Dak Jo Ta commune (old) through the periods.

Ayun commune was established on the basis of merging two communes, Ayun (old) and Dak Jo Ta (old Mang Yang district). During the 2020-2025 term, the implementation of the Party Congress Resolution of the two communes before the merger achieved important results. Party building and political system work were strengthened, the organizational apparatus was streamlined and consolidated.

Specifically, Ayun commune (old) completed and exceeded 20/25 targets of the Resolution; the growth rate of local product value reached 13.6%, budget revenue increased by 11.8%, trained labor reached 25.58%, health insurance covered 90.96% of the population. Dak Jo Ta commune completed and exceeded 18/25 targets; the growth rate of product value reached 12.6%, budget revenue increased by 15.7%, health insurance covered 100% of the population.

The Congress discussed and agreed on 4 general target groups, approving important targets for the 2025-2030 term: product value growth rate of 8.2%/year; total budget revenue by 2030 reaching 1.1 billion VND; attracting 5 new investment projects; public investment disbursement rate reaching 95% compared to the Provincial People's Council's assignment; reducing the multidimensional poverty rate to 2.56%; 100% of schools meeting national standards; forest coverage rate reaching 54.33%.

Every year, over 90% of grassroots party organizations successfully complete their tasks; the rate of new party members is 1.5% or more of the total number of party members.

In his speech, comrade Dang Vinh Son requested the Party Committee of Ayun commune to continue to innovate, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; resolutely prevent and strictly handle degraded cadres and party members; improve the quality of party activities and the work of developing party members, especially in villages, hamlets and residential areas.

The commune needs to shift its economic structure towards high-tech agriculture associated with new rural construction; develop craft villages, agricultural processing facilities, and typical OCOP products; plan infrastructure, irrigation, manage and exploit land effectively; maintain political security and social order and safety.

Immediately after the Congress, the Party Executive Committee of the commune must urgently develop a specific action program, clearly assigning people, tasks, and completion time.

Each delegate attending the Congress, in each working position, must take the lead in propagating and organizing the implementation of the Resolution; turning the goals in the Resolution into quantifiable products.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Ayun Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 26 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
