At the same time, coordinate to organize propaganda and evacuate tourists to safe places; count, inform, and guide boats and means of tourism activities at sea to know, not to enter or exit dangerous areas or to return to safe shelters.

Proactively develop and apply support policies, flexibly adjust services for tourists affected by rain and storms such as: Support to postpone/change service usage date; cancel services without charge in case of force majeure; guide and advise customers to choose safe options. Absolutely do not force customers to use tourism services when weather conditions are not safe or customers do not need to use them; enhance the sense of responsibility, build a friendly and professional image of tourism businesses, contribute to preserving the reputation and brand of Thanh Hoa tourism.
