(HGO) - On the morning of May 8, the Government Office held an online conference with 63 provinces and cities nationwide to implement the Prime Minister's direction on the development of a Decree regulating compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land and a Decree regulating land prices. The draft Decree consists of 3 Chapters with 36 Articles (detailing 14 contents assigned in Article 13 of the Law). The issues focused on discussion at the meeting were detailed plans for compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land. The Decree provides detailed regulations on compensation for residential land and other land in land plots with houses, houses and works serving life. Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, experts, and localities to coordinate to clarify and unify appropriate price determination methods in valuation.
