(Dan Tri) - Once called "the most unlucky singer in showbiz" when her band stopped working and had to change 3 management companies, Liz Nguy Thuy Linh admitted that she was lost for many years.

Liz Nguy Thuy Linh (born 1995) real name is Nguy Thuy Linh. Joined showbiz since childhood, once considered "Kha Ngan's copy" but she has had a rather bumpy career.

In 2016, the group Lip B debuted with 4 members selected after a rigorous audition with nearly 2,000 candidates. In 2019, member Mei left the group, then Liz Nguy Thuy Linh was added to complete the 4-member lineup.

However, the new Lip B lineup only appeared together in a few MVs. In early March 2021, member Yori left the group, went to Australia to get married and have a child. Lip B also gradually became less active.

Each member has a different direction. Annie Thu Thuy launched some products, participated in Vietnam Idol 2023 but did not create a buzz. Rosy has almost disappeared from showbiz. Liz Nguy Thuy Linh alone changed her management company 3 times.

Sharing about her career journey with many ups and downs, Liz Nguy Thuy Linh said: "Actually, each stage brings me different lessons. When I was still in ST.319, I was chosen to debut in a girl group with AMEE, MaiQuinn... but then things did not go as planned.

After that, I joined Lip B, released two songs and had a very memorable time with the members. However, when the group gradually stopped working, I realized that I needed a new direction."

Liz Nguy Thuy Linh shared that when working under the company's management, she was not used to the way of working. After 3 changes, the female singer decided to leave and work independently.

“After many years of feeling lost with plans constantly being postponed, this year's Tet holiday is the time for me to look back and ask myself what made me start my artistic path. The answer is always music and theater - two things that touched me from the beginning," said Liz Nguy Thuy Linh.

Recently, Liz Ngụy Thùy Linh attracted attention when marking her return with the EP (extended disc) Secret note consisting of 4 songs in the modern electronic music genre, in collaboration with Nicky and MIN. The EP clearly shows the maturity in musical thinking and the diverse transformation ability of the female singer.

The audience gave many congratulations and encouragement to Liz Nguy Thuy Linh for finding her own path after a long period of hardship. The female singer also said that the motivation to launch the product came from a "wake-up call" after participating in an audition at a major music program. "I long to be known as a real singer. And to do that, I must have my own product," she said.
