Singer Lam Bao Ngoc has just released the MV Ai Ky featuring her "brother" CongB. 2025 also marks a successful year when she made her mark on the show Em xinh say Hi.

Lam Bao Ngoc was born in 1996 and is a professionally trained vocalist.
She graduated as valedictorian of the Hanoi College of Art, majoring in Choreography; as valedictorian of the Military University of Culture and Arts.
The singer has won many competitions such as: Runner-up of Sao Mai 2017 in light music style; Runner-up of The Voice of Vietnam 2019; Silver Prize of National Band Festival 2019 and Champion of Mysterious Voice 2019.
When competing in Em xinh say Hi , Lam Bao Ngoc continued to show many rare aspects from ability to personality.
In the solo dance part of the Battle Dance round, she - who had never shown her dancing ability - surprised everyone when she received the highest score from the 5 judges in all 3 rounds.
In the final night, the singer also showed off his whistle technique with a series of notes including: C7 - D#7 - C7 - Bb6 - C7. Currently, the 7th is the highest pitch that humans can sing and can only be achieved with the whistle technique.
Before becoming an entertainment singer, few people know that Lam Bao Ngoc was a First Lieutenant in the army.
In 2014, she passed the entrance exam to the Military University of Culture; around 2018, she was specially enlisted in the army and worked at the Art Troupe of Military Region I.
She really appreciated this but after a while in the profession, she found that her musical direction was no longer suitable for the military environment.
After much consideration, in June 2024, Lam Bao Ngoc decided to be discharged from the army as a First Lieutenant, move to Ho Chi Minh City to live and develop his career.
In the early years of her career, Lam Bao Ngoc was in a state of confusion, unable to leave an impression on the audience. As the years passed, she felt more and more pressured, at times completely depressed and living in negativity.
Thanks to her spirit of never giving up and "diligence", the female singer gradually became known and loved by young audiences.

Family background
Lam Bao Ngoc was born in Nam Dinh (now Ninh Binh) in a large family with no artistic tradition but everyone loved music.
Her father is the former director of the Cultural Center of Nghia Hung district, former Nam Dinh province; he knows how to play many musical instruments such as guitar, violin, piano, saxophone, accordion...
Lam Bao Ngoc's grandmother, father, mother, uncles, aunts... are all music teachers. Her mother also often organizes charity programs and choreographs performances for students in competitions.
The family's situation began to get difficult when Lam Bao Ngoc's father had a traffic accident and had to retire early due to poor health. Her mother's salary was demoted and she was transferred to another job due to giving birth to 3 children.
The couple are similar in artistic and romantic personalities, not good at doing business.
Currently, Lam Bao Ngoc lives in an apartment with a rent of about 13.5 million VND/month. She lives simply, using branded items given to her or bought from domestic brands.
The salary is not too high but the shows are quite regular, enough for her to live comfortably, take care of her family and save up to make music products.
Lam Bao Ngoc did not think her family was in a difficult situation, but she never stopped dreaming of earning money to take care of her parents. Since childhood, she participated in countless singing competitions just to win prizes and bring home household items.
The female singer feels sorry for her 55-year-old mother who still works far away. Every Tet, her daughter buys delicious food to bring home, sometimes the next year it is still there because they feel sorry and do not dare to eat it.
In winter, they dare not turn on the water heater to wash their faces and hands. Every time she mentions her parents, she gets emotional and cries easily.
The love for her parents is the motivation for Lam Bao Ngoc to constantly strive. She set a goal to buy a house with a large garden so that when her parents retire, they will have a place to plant trees, raise cats and dogs, and fish...
The singer also wants to earn more money to pay her crew fairly. Having gone through a period without any shows, she appreciates what she has.
