New Year, in the fresh feelings amidst the changes of heaven and earth, people think a lot about their homeland and country. More than ever, the moment of saying goodbye to the old year and welcoming the new year is the moment that sows in people's hearts the most emotions, aspirations, and ambitions. From the head of the country to the head of a locality, an agency, department, or branch to the head of a family, everyone looks deeply into the ups and downs, the fullness and lack throughout the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

Then, looking out there are bright colors painted by the intelligence, determination, and bravery of people who love their homeland and country. People that poet Nguyen Khoa Diem once called: "People who make the mountains and rivers bright"...

The Ngan Hong strip of land is a place where "the land is flooded with rain and the sky is scorching with sun", but the residents of this "Central waist" have been very resilient in controlling nature, generation after generation of diligence, hard work, solidarity, creativity... making the sediment of this land increasingly enriched with value. In early 2023, the whole province entered the stage of economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic with new goals and tasks. It was a difficult and challenging time, but the destination had been pointed out, the content had been determined, and the people were always ready to agree. And as we can see, Ha Tinh has gradually overcome countless difficulties, reaping sweet fruits in many fields.

It is the crystallization of the intelligence of many people, from leaders, directors to practitioners. All of them have promoted their roles, responsibilities and obligations towards the development of their homeland. In particular, when the Provincial Party Committee promptly proposed policies and solutions suitable to the practical situation, the Provincial People's Council also promptly issued mechanisms and policies to restore socio-economic development; the Provincial People's Committee innovated its direction and administration, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management. Along with that, localities, departments, branches, sectors and organizations have always promoted the spirit of initiative, creativity and determination in performing their tasks. Thanks to that, our province's economy has maintained a recovery trend. All socio-economic fields have achieved new achievements.

They are the famous people of the Nguyen Huy family in Can Loc with the Han Nom documents of Truong Luu village recognized as a documentary heritage of the Memory of the World Program in the Asia-Pacific region; they are the great physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac with cultural and medical values that have a wide influence on the international arena...

Hong Lam land is brighter when people of the era know how to continue the tradition, constantly striving with brilliant achievements in the international arena. That is Dinh Cao Son with the gold medal in International Chemistry; high-achieving athletes such as Hoang Thi My Tam, Nguyen Trung Cuong, Nguyen Thi Ngoc, Le Thi Thanh Nga, Nguyen Hong Nhung, Du Thi Bong, disabled athlete far from home Le Van Cong... have brought the Fatherland, the homeland prestigious medals in many arenas at home and abroad. Those are Ha Tinh people from all over the world who are trying their best to study, research, and write their names on many golden boards of the country as well as the world...
