The book “Depicting the historical picture of Cochinchina” published by Omega Plus Books gives readers perspectives from many different historical documents about this southern land, through the synthesis of author Nguyen Quang Dieu.

The book includes records of historical events, especially along with nearly 150 vivid and valuable pictures/photos/maps, including 24 pages of color pictures/photos and some images introduced for the first time.
With rich historical sources and a large number of valuable pictures, the book explains historical stories that took place in ancient Cochinchina from the time of Gia Long, Minh Mang, Le Van Duyet until the French invaded and established colonial rule in Cochinchina and protectorate rule in Bac Ky and Trung Ky.
