Which wards and communes are the driving license issuance and exchange points in Ho Chi Minh City from March 17?

From March 17, Ho Chi Minh City Police officially issued and exchanged motorcycle driving licenses at the police stations of 17 wards in districts and Thu Duc City, and the police stations of 5 central communes in Binh Chanh, Can Gio, Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, and Nha Be districts.

Accordingly, the list of 22 locations in wards, communes and towns receiving applications for changing and re-issuing driving licenses is as follows:

Previously, the Traffic Police Department of the City Police completed training on issuing and exchanging driving licenses for commune-level police on March 14.

Up to now, Ho Chi Minh City Police has had 25 points to receive applications for changing and re-issuing driving licenses, including 22 points as above and 3 points at 252 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 9, District 3; 8 Nguyen Anh Thu, Trung My Tay Ward, District 12 and 111 Tan Son Nhi, Tan Son Nhi Ward, Tan Phu District. Working hours are from Monday to Friday (7:30 - 11:30; 13:30 - 17:00) and Saturday (7:30 - 11:30).

According to PC08 statistics, as of March 14, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police has received 6,859 applications for direct driver's license exchange and re-issuance and 2,514 applications registered via Public Service 4.

Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police added that when there is a need to change or reissue a driving license, people can choose to send their application through the National Public Service Portal or go to the above-mentioned locations for processing.
