In particular, mobilize all forces of the security and order team, ticket control team, boat drivers, tour guides... to strengthen the checkpoints to be ready to guide, support and serve tourists.

Previously, this unit also proactively checked the boat system and life jackets; renovated the campus, cleaned the environment to ensure green - clean - beautiful to bring visitors the most impressive feelings.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Hong (a tourist from Kien Giang province) happily said: "My family planned the trip to Ninh Binh two weeks ago. Especially, when we arrived at Trang An, although it was quite crowded, we still patiently waited for the boat. In the afternoon, my family will spend time going to Bai Dinh pagoda and staying in Thung Nham. Hopefully, with the enthusiastic welcome of Ninh Binh people, we will have a meaningful trip."

In particular, after a period of suspension to carry out activities to restore the landscape, preserve and embellish historical and cultural values, and at the same time rearrange the organizational structure, rules and regulations, etc., the Dinh Cac - Tam Coc waterway tourism route belonging to Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area has now resumed operations in the joy and excitement of a large number of tourists and local people.

Sharing after his journey to explore Tam Coc, Mr. Dinh Hoang Van (a tourist from Hung Yen province) excitedly said: "Although I have been to Tam Coc several times, every year there are different changes here. This year, although I did not go during the rice harvest season, both sides of the Ngo Dong River are filled with brilliant lotus flowers. The district police force and localities have coordinated well to ensure security, order and traffic safety on key routes and crowded areas.

At the same time, actively promote the spirit of hospitality and friendliness among local people and tourism workers, contributing to building the image of the ancient capital as a cultured, civilized and polite people.

According to Mr. Nguyen Cao Tan, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism, on the first day of the holiday (September 1), the whole province welcomed about 40,000 tourists. On September 2 and 3, the number of visitors is expected to be higher, with about 50,000-60,000 visitors per day.

To ensure a safe and thoughtful reception of guests, the Department of Tourism has issued a document directing and guiding tourist areas, destinations, and tourism service businesses such as hotels, restaurants, etc. to prepare well in terms of facilities and human resources to serve tourists during the National Day holiday on September 2.

In particular, the Department has coordinated with businesses and localities to organize many training and professional development courses, focusing on contents such as reception, room, table, bar, and behavior of people and workers in tourist areas and spots towards tourists...
