Ninh Binh builds 170 billion VND guest house for officials, meeting 3-star hotel standards

Ninh Binh province is preparing to invest and build the Ninh Binh Provincial Guest House project with a total investment of 170 billion VND.

Accordingly, the project is built on an area of ​​about 12,000 square meters in Dong Thanh ward, Hoa Lu city, invested by the Ninh Binh province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The guesthouse is built according to 3-star hotel standards, including an 8-storey guesthouse, conference house, and rotating staff house (including 2 houses A and B) with a total of 46 bedrooms.

In terms of function, the project must meet the requirements for public housing for officials under the management of the Central Government and transferred to the province, and officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and transferred from districts and cities to the province.

At the same time, the guest house is a place to welcome central, domestic and international delegations, serving conferences, seminars and political events of the province.

Previously, in the summary of the project to merge Ha Nam , Ninh Binh and Nam Dinh provinces into Ninh Binh province, the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee also proposed a plan to support transportation and accommodation costs for officials, civil servants, public employees and workers when arranging administrative units. This plan also includes the arrangement of public housing for officials, civil servants, public employees and workers from the old province to the new administrative center.

The Ninh Binh Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board is completing procedures to implement the project.
