Ninh Thuan successfully organized the Ninh Thuan-Binh Thuan province amateur cycling race

On June 15, in Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Cycling Race opened the Ninh Thuan -Binh Thuan Provincial Cycling Race for the Trung Nam Group Cup to celebrate the reception of the UNESCO Certificate of Recognition for "Cham Pottery Art" on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding and the Ninh Thuan Grape and Wine Festival in 2023. Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Participating in the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Provincial Cycling Race 2023, there are 184 athletes from 18 Clubs in the province and Binh Thuan province. The cycling race is divided into 3 groups with distances of 30km for ages 56 and up; distance of 40km for ages 46 - 55 and women and distance of 50km for ages 16 - 45.

After a fierce competition, the athletes gave the audience spectacular chases and breakthroughs. At the end of the race, the Organizing Committee awarded first, second, third and top 10 prizes to individual athletes in all 3 categories. In the end, the Organizing Committee awarded team prizes for the competition categories. In which, the team prize for the age group of 16-45, the first prize went to Ham Thuan Nam team, Binh Thuan; the second prize went to Doan Tuan group, Ninh Thuan and the third prize went to Ham Thuan Bac Binh Thuan team. In the team prize for the age group of 46-55, the first prize went to FreeBike Ninh Thuan team; the second prize went to TTP. Kinh Dinh cycling team; the third prize went to Khang Thinh Binh Thuan team. In the team prize for the age group of 56 and over, the first prize went to Lagi Xanh Binh Thuan team; the second prize went to the Ninh Thuan Youth Team and the third prize went to Phong Nam 1 Binh Thuan team.

The Ninh Thuan-Binh Thuan amateur cycling race is an opportunity for the province to promote the sports training movement in general, and the cycling training movement in particular, to create a healthy playground, help train physical fitness, enhance the will to rise up in life, and at the same time, is an opportunity for athletes to have the opportunity to exchange and learn experiences, thereby improving their skills in training and competing in cycling.
