Ha - the main character in the film, because she wanted to earn money to cure her mother's illness, accepted a Tet project and did not return home to celebrate Tet with her parents. Meanwhile, her parents in the countryside were always waiting for her to return. Later, her husband advised her and she agreed to return home. But the family returned late so they could not catch a bus, at that time there was a bus carrying employees back to their hometown of a partner company, Ha got on board. Finally, Ha's family was reunited with her parents on the night of the 30th. Everyone was happy and joyful, gathering together warmly.
I Don't Like Tet is Phuong Nhung's debut music film, aiming to become a professional singer, with quality works in both voice and content. Phuong Nhung is also a child who left her hometown to start a career in the capital, the female singer cried a lot when she first performed the song. This is also a gift that Phuong Nhung wants to send to her parents, to all the souls who always miss their family, want to return to reunite and gather.

People's Artist Tran Nhuong was very emotional when participating in the film. He expressed: "I also have two grown children, one lives separately, the other went to Saigon to start a career. The artist shared that even though his son, director Binh Trong, wants to welcome his father home every Tet to be together for warmth, he is used to living alone, and their houses are not too far away, so "it's fun for him to just run back and forth."
Director Nguyen Love said that this is his heartfelt film. To him, Con Khong Thich Tet is not only an entertainment product, but also has great spiritual value.
"No matter who you are or where you are, returning to your parents and celebrating Tet is an extremely precious thing. It is a strong spiritual medicine and a motivation for us to strive for a successful new year," director Nguyen Love shared.
