NTO - Ninh Thuan Art Exchange Program

On the evening of March 31, at the Provincial Cultural Center, the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City to organize the Ninh Thuan - India Art Exchange Program. This is one of the activities within the framework of celebrating the 52nd anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India (1972 - 2024). Attending the program were comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. On the Indian side, there was Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi - Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The Ninh Thuan - India art exchange program is an important cultural event to celebrate the 52nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and India. The art exchange creates opportunities for officials, civil servants, public employees and people living, studying and working in the province to access and enjoy the culture of a country with a long-standing civilization in the Asian region and the world; at the same time, it is also an opportunity for Indian people to better understand the culture of Ninh Thuan in particular and Vietnam in general, contributing to consolidating and developing the good traditional friendship between Vietnam and India. In particular, in recent times, many important diplomatic events between India and the province have taken place successfully, achieving good results. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that in the coming time, India will continue to further strengthen the exchange relationship with Ninh Thuan province in the fields of culture, arts, investment, trade, tourism and people-to-people exchange.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe and the Art Dance Troupe from Odisha, India.

At the art exchange, the Provincial Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe and the Art Dance Troupe from the Odisha region of India performed many traditional dances imbued with national melodies, which were elaborately staged, unique and rich in artistry, introducing Indian culture, history and people to Vietnam, as well as introducing the culture and art of the province's ethnic groups to India.
