In the above Notice, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested the Ministry of Education and Training to promptly collect opinions from delegates attending the meeting, agree with relevant ministries to complete the draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Government regulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training, in the direction of clearly stipulating a number of provisions on not yet implementing, not yet applying the roadmap for the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees prescribed in Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP and not increasing tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year; submit to the Government before August 8, 2023.

At the same time, the Ministry of Education and Training shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to study and propose additions to the Government and Prime Minister's Work Program on the content of developing and promulgating a Decree replacing Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP according to regulations, and report to the Prime Minister in December 2023.
