(NLDO) - The car crashed into an electrical cabinet and several parked motorbikes and then hit a man about 60 years old.


On January 28 (29th of Tet), District 3 Police, Ho Chi Minh City are investigating the cause of the car crashing into a crowded coffee shop.

At around 7am, the male driver was driving on Truong Sa Street, heading from District 1 to Tan Binh District. When he had just passed Coopmart Nhieu Loc (Ward 12, District 3), the car suddenly drove onto the sidewalk of a coffee shop, knocking over an electrical cabinet and a few parked motorbikes. At that time, the coffee shop was crowded with people drinking.

A man about 60 years old was also hit, causing his thigh to be trapped under the car.

Some people then joined forces to lift the car to save the man and take the victim to the hospital.

The scene showed the car with the front end smashed and lying in front of the coffee shop. Many furniture and tables were thrown and disturbed.
