During the past term, the Party Committee of the City Labor Federation has promoted its role as the core of leadership, solidarity, innovation, and synchronous implementation of all aspects of work, contributing to the development of the trade union organization and the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers throughout the city.

Some outstanding results include: Supporting more than 9,300 union members affected by the epidemic with a total cost of over 13 billion VND; effectively organizing the programs "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month"; developing 117 grassroots unions, recruiting more than 8,200 union members. The work of participating in policy making, monitoring the regime at enterprises, social criticism, and legal advice has been carried out systematically. Many activity models have been replicated, such as: "Godmother", "Going to school with me", "Reproductive health and labor law club", "Mid-Autumn Festival for children" ...

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee focuses on implementing 7 specific groups of targets and 6 key tasks and solutions. In particular, it focuses on political and ideological education, improving the quality of Party cell activities; building a team of union cadres with courage and enthusiasm to meet the requirements of new tasks; drastically implementing solutions to care for workers' rights in the context of streamlining the organization and the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Tai Tue highly appreciated the Party Committee's initiative and creativity in the past term, and proposed that in the coming term, the Party Committee focus on leading 6 core tasks: Innovating the operating model in the direction of service - creation; building a team of responsible and technologically skilled trade union officials; taking care of the real lives of workers; promoting digital transformation, perfecting the digital trade union model; launching a creative and effective emulation movement; enhancing the role of criticism and policy making.

At the congress, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 6 comrades. Of which, Mr. Le Minh Nhan, City Party Committee member, Chairman of the City Labor Federation, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Hue City Labor Federation Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress also appointed a delegation to attend the 1st City Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and passed the resolution with high consensus.
