On the afternoon of September 26, the People's Council of Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province, term XX, 2021-2026, held the 10th session to review and resolve a number of important contents on personnel work.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Nghi Son town carried out the procedure to dismiss the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghi Son town, term XX, 2021-2026, and to terminate the duties of People's Council delegate of the town, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, who was recently assigned by the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of Nhu Thanh District Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.

At the same time, at the meeting, the People's Council of Nghi Son Town also introduced personnel and conducted the process of electing the Chairman of the Nghi Son Town People's Committee, term XX, 2021-2026. As a result, with a 100% vote rate, Mr. Nguyen The Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Nghi Son Town Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Nghi Son Town People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
