Accordingly, Mr. Pham Duc Tien ceased to hold the position of member of the 13th Central Inspection Commission to be transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang believed that with his capacity, qualifications and responsibility, Mr. Pham Duc Tien will inherit the achievements and experiences of the previous generation of leaders, actively practice and learn, grasp the situation and new tasks, strive to fulfill the assigned duties and responsibilities together with the Party Committee, local government and people to build Thua Thien - Hue province to develop rapidly and sustainably in the coming time.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang requested the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Party Committee to pay attention, help and create favorable conditions for Mr. Pham Duc Tien to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Secretariat.

Speaking upon receiving the decision, Mr. Pham Duc Tien thanked the Politburo , the Central Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee and the Central agencies for their attention, trust, appointment and transfer to join the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province.

The new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Pham Duc Tien, affirmed that this is an honor, as well as a great task and responsibility for himself; he pledged to strive, devote himself, do his best for the common development of the province; unite to build Thua Thien - Hue province to develop quickly and sustainably.

Mr. Pham Duc Tien was born on January 23, 1976, his hometown is Thai Binh province. He is a cadre with a master's degree in Party Building and a senior political theory major; he has held a number of positions: Director of the Research Department, Central Inspection Commission; Director of Local Department 2, Central Inspection Commission. From July 2024 to present, he has held the position of member of the 13th Central Inspection Commission.
