Assign Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc to handle regular, daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee

(NLDO) - Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc was assigned to handle regular, daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee from August 27, 2025 until further notice.

The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just announced the assignment of handling regular and daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee assigned Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc to handle the regular and daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Specifically, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee agreed to assign Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, to handle regular and daily work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee from August 27, 2025 until further notice.

The assignment aims to ensure timely leadership, direction and management of the work of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Previously, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee.

The current Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee includes Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Dang Minh Thong, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
