At the Provincial Party Committee Hall, attending the training course were leaders, cadres, and experts from Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office, and connections with commune and ward bridges in the province.
During the 3 days (from September 6 to 8, 2025), the trainees were directly taught many important topics by professors, associate professors, doctors, experts, leaders of ministries, branches and academies. The content focused on new issues in Party building, Fatherland Front and people's organizations; building grassroots government according to the model of service government, digital government; state management of culture, society, education , health, natural resources - environment, land, national defense, security, foreign affairs... associated with the practical model of 2-level local government.

The training course helps the team of leaders and managers of communes, wards and special zones to improve their political capacity, innovative thinking, leadership skills and practical situation handling. Thereby, contributing to meeting the requirements of building a streamlined, effective and efficient grassroots government, serving the people better and better.
