Traffic diversion for Dong Yen bridge repair

To ensure traffic safety and safety of Dong Yen bridge project, route km25+240 (from Bac Ninh to Hanoi) on National Highway 18, Noi Bai - Bac Ninh, Bac Ninh province during the construction and repair of Dong Yen bridge, in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh Department of Construction coordinates with relevant units to organize traffic diversion and regulation plan as follows: Prohibit all vehicles from passing through Dong Yen bridge (on the left side of the route from Bac Ninh to Hanoi); Organize remote traffic diversion for vehicles traveling through Dong Yen bridge in the direction from Bac Ninh to Hanoi, specifically: Vehicles from Bac Ninh to Hanoi turn right into Viglacera Yen Phong urban area at km26+910 of Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road, move to the intersection with DT.286 at km6+100, turn left, move on DT.286 to the intersection with Yen Phong industrial park road at km7+560/DT.286, turn right, move on Yen Phong industrial park road to the roundabout at the 3rd exit, turn right onto Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road at km23+700 and then continue to travel in the direction of Hanoi.

Vehicles from Bac Ninh to Hanoi turn right into Viglacera Yen Phong urban area at km26 910 Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road, move to the intersection with DT.286 at km6 100, turn left, move on DT.286 to km10 900/DT.286, turn right, go through Samsung tunnel (Yen Phong industrial park), turn left to move on the branch road from Yen Phong industrial park to Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road, turn right onto Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road at km22 100 and continue to travel towards Hanoi.

Vehicles traveling on National Highway 1A from Bac Giang to Noi Bai may not turn right at the Southwest intersection to Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road, but travel on National Highway 1A through the Hanoi - Bac Giang BOT Toll Station to the intersection between National Highway 1A and the new National Highway 3 (Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway) at km153 100/National Highway 1A (entrance to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway), turn right and travel on the new National Highway 3 (Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway) to the intersection between the new National Highway 3 and Noi Bai - Bac Ninh road, enter the branch towards Noi Bai and continue the journey.

Traffic diversion organization time is about 30 days, starting from May 10, 2025 to June 7, 2025.

Along with traffic diversion, Tin Thinh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company - the contractor - coordinates with the Traffic Police, Provincial Police, and local authorities to arrange forces to guide traffic diversion for vehicles at checkpoints; organize remote traffic diversion and install sign systems according to regulations, ensuring absolute traffic safety during construction. In case of traffic congestion, there is a timely solution to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow.
