Accordingly, District 10 has many high-rise apartment buildings and in the past, the management of residents living in apartment buildings has encountered many difficulties. District 10 Police realized the need to build a suitable population mobility management mechanism for high-rise apartment buildings, so they proactively researched and boldly piloted the software "CAQ10-QLHC-PCTP".

Since April 30, District 10 Police have piloted the software “CAQ10-QLHC-PCTP” at Jasmine 1-2 Building, Ha Do Urban Area (Ward 12). After nearly 1 month of pilot implementation, the software has initially shown many positive practical results, and has been highly appreciated by the local community for its speed and convenience in information declaration procedures, as well as creating a sense of safety and security compared to before.
Through the software, each citizen can complete residence registration in less than 10 seconds, with just one scan of the QR code on the chip-embedded CCCD card or on the VNeID electronic identification application installed on the phone.
