In addition, discover, encourage and spread initiatives, inventions, experiences and effective models of units throughout the army in implementing the 50 Campaign; propagate topics and scientific research projects in manufacturing, improving, producing, preserving and maintaining weapons and technical equipment serving national defense and people's lives...
