Launching the National Fire Prevention and Fighting Movement at Buddhist establishments

On August 21, at Phu Lien Pagoda, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police coordinated with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Thai Nguyen Province to launch the movement "All people participate in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief" at Buddhist establishments.

Monks, nuns, Buddhists and people are trained and educated about fire prevention and fighting.

The Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department - Provincial Police presented fire extinguishers to representatives of Buddhist establishments in the province.

At the launching ceremony, more than 100 Buddhists were informed about the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting, along with related contents such as: risks of fire and explosion at religious establishments; preparing escape conditions in case of fire... by the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Force - Thai Nguyen Provincial Police.

In addition, monks, nuns, Buddhists and temple security teams are also trained in how to use fire extinguishers to proactively prevent and fight fires on the spot.
