More than 25,000 suspected counterfeit products discovered

The Market Management Department of Tay Ninh province is verifying and clarifying the discovery of a warehouse containing a large quantity of goods of unknown origin, many of which show signs of being counterfeit.

More than 25,000 suspected counterfeit products were detected.

During an inspection of a business, authorities discovered a warehouse containing nearly 25,700 products of 35 different categories, including unused perfumes, shampoos, shower gels...

At the time of inspection, the householder and related owners could not present invoices, vouchers or papers proving the origin of the goods. Among them, 11/35 items belonged to brands that have been protected in Vietnam. Currently, the authorities are continuing to verify the case.
