According to the initial inspection results of 631 high schools, middle schools, continuingeducation centers - vocational training with a total of 166,997 students; 773 shops around schools and more than 4,000 vehicles of students in the whole province, Thanh Hoa police force discovered and seized 152 knives and scissors of various types (fruit knives, homemade knives, daggers, switchblades, chopping knives, meat knives, jungle knives, etc.); 27 nunchakus, three-section sticks, iron pipes, wooden sticks; 24 dangerous toys (plastic bullet guns, plastic knives, pepper spray, homemade electric batons, etc.).

In addition, inspection of student vehicles discovered 392 students in Thanh Hoa city and some districts and towns driving motorbikes over 50cc to school. Inspection of shops around school gates in the entire Thanh Hoa province discovered 79 establishments violating the law on trading goods of unknown origin.
