Promoting collective intelligence to complete the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress

According to the report of the Standing Office: Incorporating comments from the Politburo and ministries, branches and central agencies, the Subcommittee has completed the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; concretizing the goals and targets into projects, plans for each field.

Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee expressed their opinions on the draft Action Program.

The targets set by the Congress Resolution require high determination, great efforts and a specific and clear roadmap and project for effective implementation, ensuring the target of GRDP growth of 10.5% or more, while creating breakthroughs in industry, infrastructure, tourism , services, and narrowing the development gap between regions. This is a heavy responsibility for the Provincial Party Committee and the entire political system to serve the sustainable development of the province and meet the trust and expectations of generations of Party members and people in the whole province.

In his speech, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong emphasized that the Central Government has recently issued many major decisions of historical and strategic significance, so the Resolutions and Action Programs of localities must be reviewed on the basis of closely following and promptly updating the Central Government's instructions and guidance. He emphasized that completing the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress is necessary to guide leadership and direction throughout the Party Committee.
At the same time, the advisory agencies are required to urgently prepare the contents of the projects in the Action Program, to be completed in October 2025, to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the year-end meeting. On that basis, it will be a legal basis for implementation from the beginning of 2026. The Party building committees continue to research and integrate specific contents with regular tasks; at the same time, promote propaganda and study of the Resolution to create high consensus and unity from awareness to action among cadres and party members. The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee continues to review and supplement tasks and solutions suitable to the practical conditions of each locality, region, and area, promptly complete the Action Program and submit it to the competent authority for approval and implementation.
