Complete many targets
In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union at all levels in the province has made efforts to effectively implement its tasks, completing and exceeding 18/25 targets set out in the Resolution. Emulation models and movements have been maintained and developed, contributing positively to the overall results of the province. The whole province has built over 2,300 works and projects, supporting 1,850 women to borrow capital to develop production, including over 500 economic models for stable income. The "Godmother" model has sponsored over 300 disadvantaged children; the "Accompanying women in the border areas" program has supported over 5 billion VND for women in remote and isolated areas. The membership attraction rate reached 78%; 100% of the Union's facilities apply information technology in management and operation.

With the motto "Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Women's Union continues to build an effective Union, flexibly adapting to the context of innovation, actively participating in building a clean and strong Party, ready to enter a new era, an era of prosperous development and prosperity. Strive every year for 100% of the Women's Unions at the commune and ward levels to mobilize and support families to meet the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean, 3 safe families"; by 2030, over 90% of members, women, and parents with children under 16 years old will be provided with information and knowledge about the necessity of preserving and practicing moral qualities and awareness of law compliance; 100% of provincial and commune-level Unions and over 80% of members will have their knowledge and skills improved on international integration...

Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Association.
Speaking at the Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh emphasized: Vietnamese women have a tradition of patriotism. Throughout the history of building and defending the country, women have always played an important role in the survival and development of the nation. With the virtues of diligence, creativity, perseverance, and hard work, Vietnamese women have overcome all difficulties, strived to study, work, actively participated and achieved many outstanding achievements in all areas of social life. Promoting that fine tradition, women of all classes in Tuyen Quang province have made every effort, making important contributions to the revolutionary cause as well as the development of the province.

At the Congress, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union announced the decision to appoint 55 comrades to participate in the new Executive Committee, appoint the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee; appoint the positions of President and Vice President of the Union; and appoint 15 delegates to attend the National Women's Congress. Comrade Au Thi Mai was appointed President of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
