For students in hamlets and communes with special difficulties (according to Decree No. 116/2016/ND-CP), there is also a policy of tuition exemption and reduction. Therefore, they can study with peace of mind and the number of Khmer ethnic students dropping out of school has decreased over the years. Currently, most hamlets in ethnic minority areas have schools to meet the learning needs of students.
Contribute to improving the quality of human resources in ethnic minority areas
In addition to investing in facilities, to improve the quality of teaching and learning, ethnic minority boarding schools in the province constantly innovate their programs and teaching methods, and regularly provide professional training for their teaching staff. In addition to teaching literacy, they also focus more on moral education, life skills training, and building good personalities for students.
