At the seminar, delegates, experts, and farmers focused on discussing various issues related to the shift in mindset from agricultural production to agricultural economics; leveraging local resources and strengths while protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for rural people; building learning rural areas to disseminate knowledge; and the proactive role of the government in building new rural areas.

Many believe that farmers should be empowered to play a leading role in developing an ecological agricultural economy, building united rural communities, and adapting to climate change and digital transformation.

Comrade Le Minh Hoan, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, delivered an insightful speech at the seminar.
