Cartoon De Men and cultural slices on the big screen

“De Men: Adventure to the Swamp” is a 3D animated film produced by lecturers and students of the University of Information Technology and Communications – Thai Nguyen University. The film is a creative effort “Made in Vietnam”, combining the spirit of national literature and the form of expression using digital technology.

Using advanced production technology, the film recreates familiar materials such as Ao Tu Than, Hat Then, Dan Tinh… with a new look but without losing the traditional spirit. Each image, color and sound is made by a team of domestic artists – those who are gradually building the internal strength of the Vietnamese animation industry with their own capacity and creativity.

Not aiming for flashy effects, De Men chose a familiar and Vietnamese-style storytelling style. The story of friendship, courage and the growth of the character De Men became the fulcrum to convey positive values ​​- suitable for children, but also subtle enough to touch the emotions of adult audiences.

With the spirit of pioneering - connecting - sustainable development, VIMC respects indigenous cultural values ​​and always focuses on the community, spreading good things from each ocean journey to every Vietnamese home.
