Attending the meeting were Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Tran Minh Son; representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Party Committee of Pleiku Ward.
At the meeting, the representative of the Pleiku Ward Party Committee reported an overview of the preparations for the congress. Accordingly, the content of the documents was carried out strictly, in accordance with the process, ensuring the set plan. Up to now, the Congress Document Subcommittee has received comments, supplemented and completed the draft political report (the 3rd time) to submit to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee for consensus to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and approval of the content. The draft review report has been consulted with the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee twice and submitted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and comments.
Based on the content of the draft Political Report (3rd time), the Congress Document Subcommittee has developed and completed the draft Resolution of the 1st Pleiku Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The draft was submitted to the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Ward Party Executive Committee for review and agreement before sending it to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments. Along with that, the Document Subcommittee also drafted the Congress Program in accordance with the instructions of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee.
Regarding personnel work, the Ward Party Committee has completed the plan for the expected composition of the Presidium, Secretariat and Qualification Examination Board for delegates attending the Congress, and submitted it to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and comments.
Propaganda work was carried out in four peak phases, taking place before, during and after the Congress with various forms. The ward Party Committee directed the subordinate grassroots Party organizations to strengthen their grasp of the thoughts, aspirations and wishes of cadres, party members and people; promptly handle arising issues, do a good job of ideological work and fight against wrong arguments before the Party Congresses at all levels.
The Congress is expected to take place for 1.5 days (August 10 and 11) at Hall 2-9, Pleiku Ward with 310 delegates, including 250 official delegates.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan highly appreciated the preparation work of the Pleiku Ward Party Committee for the Congress. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Ward Party Committee to enhance its sense of responsibility, continue to review and complete the contents in accordance with regulations, be flexible in organization but must ensure principles. In particular, it is necessary to promote the collective intelligence of cadres and Party members in the area to the highest level to contribute to the successful organization of the Congress.
Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan also specifically assigned and agreed on the following tasks. In particular, the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee coordinate and support the Ward Party Committee in the process of preparing and organizing the Congress; at the same time, act as a bridge to promptly advise the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in leadership and direction.
